Joe at a Rascal Flatts concert
It's a Jonas Brothers Sport
"We're going to take it easy and enjoy it," Kevin Jonas said before he changed his mind. "You kidding? We never take it easy and enjoy it. We're always very competitive."
Sliced balls, water hazards, even 15-year-old Nick Jonas' sprained ankle didn't keep the trio from having a good time.
Although Nick claims to be the best golfer, the declaration was a matter of dispute among the siblings.
"Nick is the official scorekeeper and somehow, you notice, strokes get taken off Kevin's card," Kevin Jonas said.
Close in age, the brothers spend endless hours together on and off the stage, but said they don't fight.
Just three years ago, they signed with their first label and now, even with song hits, albums, touring and promotions, the three manage to stay grounded. And 7-year-old brother Frankie helps them do that.
"Our little brother Frankie, he's a treat on tour. He's hilarious," Joe Jonas said. "We love him to death. He's the best."
Despite the heat, the trio said the day was a perfect way to prepare for a night on the stage.
"I thought this was an old man's sport," Kevin said. "No, it's a Jonas Brothers sport."
Kickball time!

I couldn't wait
ST. JUDES and CINCINNATI, OHIO
Hi everyone!
Today was a life changing day. We got up really really early and caught a flight to Memphis, TN where we visited the St. Jude's Children's Hospital. This facility is where children with cancer go for treatment. We met so many of the kids and they were so happy to see us. Thanks to all of you we were able to leave them a check for $10,000. We really hope we will be able to do more. The children were inspirations to all of us.
After we finished we flew to Cincinnati, OH for another concert. We performed for approx. 15,000 people. The place looked packed. There was so much excitement in the place. It is always fun to visit Ohio.
We drove all night and woke up here in Charlotte. We will visit some of our family here and then do a show tonight.
We are so excited about our new song coming out on ITunes last night. When we woke up this morning it was already at No. 13. Make sure you take a listen.
Next week will be the last song before the CD comes out on August 12th...
A LITTLE BIT LONGER
Thanks for all the support and keep checking in,
JB

HERSHEY AND HARTFORD CONN!!
The last few days have been amazing! We have been very busy.
We were in Hershey PA for the largest show of the summer. Over 30,000 people filled our first ever stadium show. Last summer we were in the park in front of 600 people in 2 shows. We simply could not believe our eyes (and ears). IT was unbelievable. There were so many people and they were all so excited. We heard that there were people there all day celebrating. They even had a tail gating party. They gave us each a 5 pound chocolate bar with our pics on it. They told us that they had only done that for us and the Rolling Stones. Pretty unbelievable.
Last night we were in Hartford, Conn. We still remember our first sell out ever was in HArtford (there were 100 people in the club). Last night there were 21,000. It is so crazy! It was one of the loudest crowds of the summer.
Today is a day off THEN we will leave tomorrow to visit a hospital for kids with serious illness. Then we are off to OHIO for shows.
Don't forget about MTV Video Music Awards voting and Teen Choice Awards.
ALSO...
Don't forget to let your radio station know about BURNIN' UP!!!! Let them know that you want to hear it.
LAST BUT NOT LEAST...
On Tuesday we will be releasing our next track on ITunes. We will put out the song TONIGHT. It is a upbeat song about a troubled relationship. It is one of our favorites in the current tour. Please sign up for the Jonas Brothers Podcast if you are not signed up yet.
Thanks and Keep Checking in,

Making History
The trio's latest single, "Pushin' Me Away," was (legally) dowloaded 116,000 times for the week ended Sunday, making the group the first act ever to sell more than 100,000 online copies for three straight tracks.
The Jonases previously charted with "Burnin' Up" (183,000 first-week copies) and "Play My Music" (109,000).
Though modest airplay held down "Pushin' Me Away" on the Hot 100 singles chart, the dowload sales alone were enough to land the tune at No. 16. Additionally, the new release, the second single from next month's A Little Big Longer album, debuted at No. 2 on the Hot Digital Songs chart.
The album's lead single, "Burnin' Up," currently sits at No. 4 on the same chart and at No. 11 on the Hot 100. ("Play My Music," which peaked at No. 20 on the Hot 100, was a single from their Camp Rocksoundtrack.)

What a day! We started the day with a press conference. We actually have a group of press showing up on specific days while we are on tour. Today was special because we were able to give a donation from the Jonas Brothers' Change For the Children Foundation to the UN Nothing But Nets charity that provides protective nets for children in Africa to protect them from possible Malaria. Check out changeforthechildren.org for details of how you can help.
After the press conference we went to the Indianapolis Motor Speedway and rode in the cars around the speedway. It was so fast but so fun.
The concert was electric. There were almost 19,000 people there. It feels like the show gets better each night. We really can't wait to see all of you while we are out on tour.
Yesterday was big because our ROLLING STONE MAGAZINE COVER came out. You can get it now on stands everywhere. WE are so honored to be on the cover and have an article in Rolling Stones. Hope you like it.
Don't forget the special things that are coming up in the next few weeks:
Oprah with JB (re-airing today), Teen Choice Awards (Don't forget to vote), Tonight Show, Good Morning Amercia, Regis and Kelly, other TV specials, ITUNES releases 2 more songs on the next 2 Tuesdays (TONIGHT and A LITTLE BIT LONGER)...
and of course...
AUGUST 12TH - Release of our new CD - A Little Bit Longer!!!!!
There is so much happening. You will hear about everything here.

JB on next Timberland album
Watch it again!
18,000 in St. Louis
Today was an amazing day in St. Louis. We started the day with a press conference. Then we went from the hotel to the stadium where the St. Louis Cardinals play. We actually got to go on to the field and have hitting practice. It was an amazing honor!!
We spent some time with the Coach and took pictures with people that showed up.
Then we went to a great ice cream spot. It is famous in St. Louis.
We ended the night in front of 18,000 at the Verizon Amphitheater. The crowd was amazing.
This was the first night that we co-headlined with Avril Lavigne. It was fun to share the stage with her again.
Each night the crowd seems to be growing and getting into the songs more and more. We can't wait to see everyone on the rest of the tour.
Less than 3 weeks until the release of our new CD. We re so excited for everyone to hear the new songs.

Day Off and then Omaha!!
Just wanted to update you from the road. We took the day off on Sunday. It was awesome to stop for a day and do nothing except rest and have fun.
On Monday we flew into Omaha, Nebraska and had a show. It was an amazing show. The crowd was up and shouting before we even took the stage. It was one of the loudest crowds yet. It was an arena so we were inside. Most of the summer we will be outside in amphitheaters.
After the show we flew to St. Louis. Today we will be joined by Avril Lavigne. She is doing 8 dates with us on our summer tour. Will be good to see her again.

Kevin: We’re blown away we actually have time to hang out and do things. We’re trying to figure out what friends we can see.
Joe: I joined a gym, which is really exciting.
Nick: I’m enjoying spending time with my dog [Elvis]. He’s a golden retriever and 17 weeks old. I got him for my birthday from my family. And I’m getting my license next week. I have the wheels already: a ‘68 Mustang GT, black with a white racing stripe.
What about the motorcycle you just got for your birthday, Joe?
Joe: I haven’t been driving it. I have to get my motocycle license. But once I get it, you’re going to see my motorcycle all over LA.
You just sang for Stevie Wonder.
Kevin: It was crazy. My dad was freaking out.
Nick: We were asked to sing “Happy Birthday” and be at his son’s birthday party.
Any other pinch-me moments?
Joe: Meeting Barack Obabam’s wife and kids.
Nick: Meeting Britney [Spears]. It’s been an amazing time in our lives.

New Blog Post!
Hey everyone!
Sorry we have not been able to write. It has been crazy busy for the last few days. We spent a few days in Northern California doing shows in San Jose, Sacramento, and San Francisco. All of the shows were amazing. During one of the shows we were attacked by bugs. There were bugs everywhere. In Sacramento the mayor proclaimed it Jonas Brothers Day! That was really cool. We did a special event for Radio Disney in Sacramento as well.
Last night we were on the first live broadcast of FNMTV (Friday Night MTV). We performed BURNIN' UP. We had a great time. It was really hard to hear over all the screaming.
We also announced that we are the 1st act booked to perform on the MTV VMAs (Video Music Awards). How cool i s that?
Then we went to the Roxy in LA to show our support to Demi Lovato. She did an amazing job.
Later we went to the House of Blues and saw Rooney (from our WYLMITEs tour). Great to hear them again and hang out!
Hope you have a great day and keep checking in

Congratulations
"A big congratulations to Joe," brother Kevin Jonas, 20, said before a Los Angeles taping of MTV's new music show FNMTV on Friday. "He just graduated from high school. It happened yesterday so it's a big deal."
Joe, 18, who took correspondence courses while touring, said he was relieved to have sent in his last high school assignment on Thursday. "I haven't heard from the school yet. But I'm officially done with the work," said Joe, who "played a concert" to celebrate.
Aww our boy's growing up! haha
VMA APPEARANCE!!
Read. Freak out. Repeat.
The Jonas Brothers will perform live at the 2008 VMAs on Sunday, September 7th, in their first-ever VMA appearance!!!
They’ll be performing a single off their upcoming album, A Little Bit Longer, for the first time ever in public. They’re the first musical guests to be announced, and clearly we saved the best for first (in our opinion).

Taylor Swift & JB Duet
MTV buzzworthy
Go to your front door. Open it. Hear that? That’s the sound of manic, hysterical, pathologically obsessed Jonas Brothers fans. It’s easy to confuse them with someone afflicted with rabies because Jonas Brothers fans also suffer from an affliction — the disease known as Obsessive Jonas Disease, more commonly referred to as “OJD,” but not to be confused with “OMJ.” Except Jonas Brothers fans are far cuter than someone foaming at the mouth with rabies, and they’re way more devoted to the cause. Don’t mind them. You’ll be fine as long as you don’t block the view of the TV when the Jonas Brothers perform on FNMTV tonight. But that won’t happen since your typical OJD sufferer’s face will be pressed so tightly against the TV that not even an extra atom could squeeze by. You should also check the warranty on your TV to see if you’re covered in the event of a JB-related catastrophe. It is, after all, unfair to expect your TV to withstand the cataclysmic weight of the Jonas Brothers performing live on FNMTV. That’s how big this thing is.
Weeworld!
Are you the ultimate Jonas Brothers’ fan? Prove it.
Just add the new Jonas Brothers’ poster to your Room and describe (on the poster) how much you love the boys. Write a poem, explain why you love their music, anything…the choice is yours.
After you’ve completed your description, send an email to whatsnew@weeworld.com and include your WeeWorld username so we can check it out. Winners will be rewarded with 500 points.
I just recently joined weeworld and it's pretty sweet! the 500 points is so that you can buy stuff because you actually have to pay real money to buy nice clothes for your character.

It’s a teen-pop takeover—grown-ups are so out nowadays. Our E! pal Michael Yo had a little love chat with the Jonas Brothers, the hottest new siblings of the new millennium, on his radio show. Think a younger trio of the Baldwin bros—‘cept for Billy, whom we never found any fondness for—and multiply ‘em by a few million fans or so foaming at the mouth whenever their names are uttered.
The boys seem a whole lot older than they are at ages 15, 18 and 20, and it ain’t just their decadent duds and stylish ensembles—they already know how to spin rumors of on-set romancing like pros. “Not true,” says middle bro Joe, about rumblings he was dating one of his Camp Rock costars. “I think if anything, probably just because I’m her costar and, you know, ‘Once Nick's in a movie with a costar it’s immediately going to be a connection.'"

San Jose Concert
The day started for us in LA with a conference call with press. We spent time answering questions from press from all over the nation.
Then we flew up to San Jose for our concert. The venue was really cool. It looked like a giant sail boat. The venue could hold over 20,000 people.
The crowd was amazing! They were with us from the very first note. We gave away 4 tickets to the front row. People were so excited and the girls that got the tickets were so happy.
We found out that there was a girl that celebrating her sweet sixteenth birthday who ended up in the medics office. Not the way to spend your 16th Birthday. So we had her meet us backstage after she got out and took some pictures. She was very sweet.
There were fans waiting for us at our hotel in San Francisco. Always amazes us to see people that are willing to wait outside of a hotel or concert for us.
This morning we are being interviewed by 20/20.
