Here is a rumored plot for Camp Rock 2 [Credit JonasHQ]

The generalization of the plot is that there is going to be a rival camp. It's run by someone who's popular in the business and has connections to get kids in the spotlight and tries to sway the campers to their OWN camp. 

However, there are rumors that Camp Rock is going to close, for other reasons besides the rival camp. Hearing this, Shane, having a ton of fun in the previous summer, brings the rest of Connect 3 into the camp to try to pick it back up.
