Vegas Show

A Night At Joule
Nick and Kevin recently went to the opening of the new hotel Joule in Dallas.

But the presence of Academy Award-winning legends was meaningless to the 75 or so teen and tween girls who crowded Main Street across from the Joule entrance. All they knew was that theJonas Brothers were inside. The girls screamed for them to come down. Seventeen stories higher, the brothers were listened intently when Marty Scorsese made his way over to chat. Joe Jonas was the only band member missing. But Nick and Kevin Jonas were in fine form mixing in the crowd with their dad, Kevin Jonas Sr. Other celebs all angled for face time with the Jonases.
Back down on the street, I tried to give the Jonas fans an update on what the guys were doing at the party and who they were meeting. One girl came from as far as Houston, some from Forney, and there was my new friend at Ursuline to whom I promised a shout-out (S'up).

Upcoming Concert
The Jonas Brothers will have a concert at the San Diego Sports Arena on Saturday, November 15th.
Tickets go on sale Oct. 4th!

Jonas Christmas
Now at Target, they are starting to put out Christmas. They have Camp Rock ornaments, snow globes, and stockings.
The stockings play "We Rock," but they are sorta a slow version of the song and it doesn't sound like them. They also have this Driving Dashboard thing that also plays music, but it sounds like chipmunks.
Also if it is a little early for Christmas for you, they also have Halloween costumes. The only one I saw today was the Mitchie "Too Cool" outfit.

The Jonas Brothers are going to be taping the first episode of JONAS on September 29th!
here's a little bit of information about the show!
"They play three brothers in a band. But in the show, they are the Lucas brothers and JONAS refers to the name of the street they live on,” a source told Extra TV on Thursday.
“It’s going to be a funny show and it’s going to be a great cast,” brother Joe Jonas said in a recent interview with Ryan Seacrest. “I’m really excited.”

Dancing With The Stars
Don't forget that the Jonas Brothers will be singing on Dancing With The Stars tomorrow night!
Opportunity Knocks
If you watched the premiere of Opportunity Knocks (a game show) tonight on ABC, you would have seen that they incorporated the Jonas Brothers into their questions.
The father was asked which Jonas Brother did her daughter "supposedly marry" which was Nick. He had to look at a cardboard cut out and pick which one Nick was. Thankfully he got it right to win them money.
The daughter also had to get 4 questions right to take her and her 4 friends to see the Jonas Brothers concert and meet them backstage. But after a question, she got the choice to answer the rest right or pay $5000 to go see JB. She paid the money and won the trip with her friends.
Billboard Award
The Jonas Brothers are up for the Billboard Concert Marketing and Promotion award. So everyone go vote for them as many times as you can by the end of October.

Since classes are getting a bit busy for me, I have another person coming in to help me update the site.

What up what up--We live from London town kids. It's Big Rob comin at you in my rain coat. It's been a wild ride the past week or so.
We jetted to London right after the VMA's and we're here for the rest of the week doing press for Camp Rock. The boys are stayin strong like the pros they are.
The VMA'S were a win and they knocked it out the park Love Bug style.
I'm so proud of the maturity they showed that night.
It was a big moment in the Jonas Camp.
I was very happy for Brit. She deserved the awards coming to her and I'm glad she's back where she belongs. Proud of you girl. Stay strong.
This past week we finished up our our tour. Exhausting week--jettin from PA to LA for Ellen's season opener, then back on the jet to Tampa, then West Palm, where we finished out the Burnin Up Tour the only way we know how.
Bout to wrap this craziness up as we close out London in the next few days and pop back to LA for the City of Hope dinner. Should be a nice night for all. Back up in my tux--penguin style son.
That's it for now. Lookin forward to catchin my breath on the west coast for a hot min.

What up everybody!!
We are live from the LOVE BUG video shoot. Ya’ll aint even ready for what we bout to drop.
You’ll start hearin L Bug on KIIS in a hot minute so make sure to roll your winders down and step up your game when you hear that thru your speaks.
LA has been good so far...haven’t had a chance to shut my eyes but it’s all good. Finishing up the 3D movie this weekend and then we start filming J.O.N.A.S. for Disney next week.
The City of Hope event last Sunday here in Cali was a big success and it was
nice to be a part of such a special cause.
Next week is a big week for my girl Demi Lovato...Her album drops Tuesday 9/23 so get yourself a copy. Don’t Forget!

1. when will you do another video chat?
We are trying to work out details for a live chat right now. We know that there have been a lot of rumors about a live chat. We will let everyone know through MySpace, Facebook, Bebo, YouTube, etc.
2. how would you go about dating a fan?
- i mean like how would you get to know her?
We are just like everyone else when it comes to love and attraction. When we meet a girl we are interested in we try to get to know her and look for ways to make that happen. The hard part is finding a place where we can have privacy to get to know someone.
3. do you like muffins?=]
Yes. Love muffins. Favorites are BLUEBERRY
4.why is home depot spelled home de.pot? hehe

5. do you feel like you guys have changed from who you used to be?
Not at all. We are a whole lot more busy. We feel like we are the same people. For us it doesn't matter how many opportunities come our way...family is still most important. Staying grounded is also very important.
6. whats your favorite memory on the burning up tour?
Playing 3 nights at Madison Square Garden was an amazing experience. We grew up outside of New York so this was very special for us.
7. do you feel like when your dating a celeb there is too much drama?
A lot of the celebrities we have met are normal people too. It really depends on the person. You can have drama with anyone if they are prone to drama.
8. how does it feel to know your being compared to the Beatles?
It is an honor BUT we definitely DO NOT compare ourselves to the Beatles. They are our idols. We look to them as a source of inspiration but we don't think anyone will have the impact that the Beatles have had on music.
9. what happen to the camp rock contest?
- there was a contest at target if you win you get to go to the radio disney thing. and my friends and i put in over 400[seriously] things. and we havent heard about it since.

Questions
Popstar! interviewed the Jonas Brothers on kissing, girls and rating their cuteness. How would you rate, 1 to 10, how cute you are? Nick: Negative 500. Joe: I’d say 6. Kevin: Yeah, 6. What is your favorite eye color on a girl? Joe: Blue. Because the girls, like, sometimes you can see eye color, you mean like that they were? Sometimes they have a thin shadow of blue and it’s very nice.. Kevin: No, eye color! Ha ha! When they’re like brown and you almost can’t even tell what color they are. Like Danielle’s.’ Would you ever kiss a girl in front of your mom? Nick: Um, I’m not really big on public displays of affection. Joe: I think holding hands is okay, but kissing in front of your mom is kind, like, I don’t know.. would you?!
Celebration at Dodgers Stadium
Kevin Jonas and Joe Jonas helped to celebrate brother Nick Jonas' 16th birthday in style, renting the Dodgers Stadium in Los Angeles to play baseball with some friends. "[Kevin, Joe and Nick] rented out the stadium last night to play a baseball game with some friends," a source told E!
It appears that the celebration came a bit late for Nick, who turned 16 on Tuesday, September 16. On the big day, he was simply seen walking his dog Elvis around his neighborhood in Toluca Lake, California instead of having a birthday bash. Then, on Wednesday afternoon, September 17, he, Kevin and Joe were all seen picking up several pairs of sneakers and other sporting goods at the Big 5 Sporting Goods store in Beverly Hills.
"The three walked in yesterday and went straight upstairs with a few of their security guys," a source testified. "They were shopping for baseballapparel." Another source said, "As soon as they picked out their clothes, they came downstairs, paid and left. No one in the store was really noticing them or going crazy for them."
Later that night, Jonas Brothers rented out the Dodgers Stadium to play a baseball game with at least 15 of their closest pals. They reportedly played baseball from 10:00 P.M. to around 12:30 A.M. It is claimed that the rent cost the siblings more than $30,000.
On Thursday, September 19, the boys were snapped getting back at work. They were spotted filming the music video of "Lovebug", the second single from their third studio album, "A Little Bit Longer."

First Answers
Hey everyone!
Thank you for all the questions. We were hoping to hear from a lot of our fans when we put out the blog inviting fans to ask us anything. We were not prepared for all of the responses. It is by far the biggest blog we have ever had. Now we are going to start answering some of the questions.
We have really enjoyed reading them. There seem to be 2 questions that are asked more than others. We thought we would start with those questions.

DATING:
There are so many questions about our dating, who we date, etc. We will try to answer some of the questions about dating in one response.
Would you ever date a fan? OR Have you ever dated someone who is not famous?
The answer is YES. We have already dated fans or girls that are not celebrities. In fact, we really like to believe that the girl we will spend our lives with will be our biggest "fan."
Are you dating OR have you dated BLANK (fill in the name)?
It is our rule to not talk about our personal lives, especially who we are dating. The same would be true if we were dating you.
TOURING:
When is your next tour?
Our next tour will be NEXT SUMMER. We are starting our TV show next week and will be busy with the show until then. We will be going out for special performances throughout the year. Hopefully we can make it to your area but we will not be out on an official tour until June or July.
The tour next year will be our first World Tour. We want to visit some of the areas where our music has done well, for example Latin and South America, Europe again, Asia, South Africa, Australia and New Zealand.
What made you pick Toronto for the start of the Burnin' Up Tour?
There were 2 reasons for picking Toronto to start the Burnin' Up tour. The first reason was that the US was celebrating July 4th and all the venues were too busy. The second (and most important reason) was that we wanted to do something for all of the fans in Canada who took our CD to Gold!

They want Girls Aloud
Jonas Brothers recently revealed that they are huge fans of hot female group Girls Aloud and had asked the girls to headline their recent series of live performances across America this summer. "We're huge fans of Girls Aloud. They are all really talented. We were looking into taking the girls on a U.S. tour this summer," Kevin Jonas said in a statement.
However, the two groups' busy schedules had prevented them from hooking up. "The timings didn't work out," Kevin added as saying. Due to the cancellation, the Jonas trio had then decided to sign "Barney & Friends" star Demi Lovato as a special guest in their "Burnin' Up" tour.
Even though they had failed to take the girls for this year's tour, the band refuse to step back and still want the U.K. girls on their stage. "Next time we're going to make sure something does happen," the teen boys explained.
Furthermore, the Jonas Brothers recently announce that they eye Britney Spears and Chris Brown as their collaborators for their future project. The band say that the possibility to mix their pop rock sound with Chris' R&B music is thrilling as the combination will be very unique. Meanwhile, for Britney, the threesome state that they admire the singer and if they get a chance to team up with her, their collaboration will be "crazy."

We Considered Giving Up Music
The Jonas Brothers have confessed they were on the verge of quitting the music industry before they hit the big time.
The band -- which consists of brothers Kevin, Joe, and Nick -- were left devastated after being dumped by their previous record label, Columbia, just 18 months ago .
But now, with a list of new projects in the offing, including a reality TV show; comedy series; a 3D film and even a computer game, the band are grateful to have become so succesfull.
Kevin Jonas explains, "Our dreams are coming true. Whatever success comes is really just an honor.
"In the next year we will finish our TV show, do a couple of movies, including Camp Rock 2, then hit the overall world tour, which will include all markets.
"There were definitely moments when we weren’t sure if we could continue doing this. I started making music when I was young but I never thought I would do anything with my brothers.
"Three years ago we got signed to Columbia but they got rid of us fairly quickly. That was a horrible time. We came close to giving up.
"We moved over to Hollywood Records and it’s been this huge upward curve ever since."
JB's next 6 months
The Jonas Brothers talk about their new Disney show, which they start filming in just two weeks. They will spend six months in a studio on the project. They say it is going to be very different for them because they are used to being in the touring environment. After the television show they will head back on the road for a world tour.

Videogame publisher XS Games announced today that hit songs from 2008 MTV Video Music Award nominees and performers Rihanna and The Jonas Brothers, will be featured as master tracks in PopStar Guitar, a new music rhythm game for the Wii™ and PlayStation®2 computer entertainment system. Players will be able to unlock their inner pop star as they perform live versions of these chart-topping hits by popular artists.
